to you how to hard reset via update soft your Sony Xperia E1.
If you forgot your phone password or if you have some problems with your phone,is very easy to restore your phone by following this tutorial.

Download and install Sony Pc Companion from Sony website.
1.Open Sony Pc Companion
2.Click on “Phone /Tablet Software Update”
3.Click on “Repair my phone/tablet”
4.Select Sony Xperia E1
5.Power off your phone
6.Connect microUSB cable to your computer
7.Press volume down and connect your phone to microUSB cable when software ask
8.Wait until update is complete
9.Disconnect your phone from cable and power on
10.Wait until phone restarts
